About The Position
Enthusiast Auto Holdings (EAH) is a leading e-commerce company in the automotive aftermarket parts industry, operating through ten enthusiast-focused websites. EAH caters to automotive enthusiasts by providing parts, content, knowledge, and support to enhance vehicle appearance and performance. They also serve a global network of specialty installer shops. EAH, supported by private equity firm Cortec Group, has experienced strong organic growth and plans further expansion through acquisitions. EAH is currently implementing enterprise-level ERP/WMS/OMS systems and is seeking to enhance its ECS Tuning team with a Mercedes-Benz Product Specialist. This role will focus on maintaining existing product listings with accurate vehicle fitment, categorization, and descriptions, as well as ideating, onboarding, and merchandising new products, service kits, and brands. The specialist will also provide product support to customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- Must report on site in Wadsworth, Ohio
- Mercedes-Benz Enthusiast
- General computer skills
- Microsoft Excel experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing product listings with correct vehicle fitment, product categorization, and product descriptions.
- Ideation, onboarding, and merchandising of new products, service kits, and brands.
- Provide product support to customer-facing teams.
- Write product detail pages that are engaging and informative.
- Provide sales and after-sales support of Mercedes-Benz products for customer-facing teams.
- Merchandise products attractively on the customer-facing website with accurate category locations and vehicle fitments.
- Ensure accurate forecasting for projected volume and partner with S&P to ensure in-stocks.
- Maintain the existing Mercedes-Benz product catalog for OEM, aftermarket, and performance products.
- Define a clear sales expectation.
