About The Position

Enthusiast Auto Holdings (EAH) is a successful e-commerce company in the automotive aftermarket parts industry, operating through ten enthusiast-focused websites. EAH aims to serve automotive enthusiasts by providing parts, content, knowledge, and support to enhance their vehicles' appearance and performance. They also cater to a global network of specialty installer shops. EAH is supported by Cortec Group, a private equity firm, and has invested significantly in expanding its operations, facilities, technology, and leadership. EAH is currently implementing enterprise-level ERP/WMS/OMS systems. The ECS Tuning team is seeking a Mercedes-Benz Product Specialist to maintain existing product listings with correct vehicle fitment, product categorization, and descriptions. This role will also be responsible for the ideation, onboarding, and merchandising of new products, service kits, and brands, as well as providing product support to customer-facing teams.

Requirements

• Must report on site in Wadsworth, Ohio.
• Mercedes-Benz Enthusiast
• General computer skills
• Microsoft Excel experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Write product detail pages that are engaging and informative.
• Provide sales and after-sales support of Mercedes-Benz products for customer-facing teams.
• Merchandise products attractively on the customer-facing website with accurate category locations and vehicle fitments.
• Ensure accurate forecasting for projected volume and partner with S&P to ensure in-stocks.
• Maintain the existing Mercedes-Benz product catalog for OEM, aftermarket, and performance products.
• Define a clear sales expectation.
