Requirements
- Three years of experience.
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Revit MEP.
- Motivation and self-direction, with an interest in professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Set up Revit models at project kickoff.
- Coordinate with the MEP design team to develop project sheets and views.
- Create model updates for regular distribution to consultants.
- Publish contract documents and check them against quality-control parameters.
- Model MEP content based on digital and paper markups from the design team.
- Assist with addenda, PRs, ASIs, and record documents.
- Archive MEP Revit files as required.
