The MEP Quality Program Manager supports the site Quality Manager in leading and improving the construction quality program for a large, fast-paced hyperscale data center campus. This is a program leadership and coordination role, not an individual inspector position. The site has discipline-specific inspectors and quality subject matter experts across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls, and other areas. The role helps coordinate these resources, assess findings, prioritize project risks, and guide appropriate corrective actions. The position requires sound judgment to distinguish routine workmanship issues from findings that could affect safety, equipment reliability, design intent, commissioning readiness, operational performance, schedule, cost, or final turnover. The role supports quality readiness from procurement and installation through testing, commissioning, turnover, and handoff to facility operations. It is a contract position based fully onsite in El Paso, Texas, with a stated duration of 30+ months. The hourly pay range is $80–$90, with individual compensation dependent on relevant factors. Per diem is available for relocation or travel. The anticipated start date is October or November 2026.
