About The Position

Holder Construction is seeking a MEP Coordinator to join its MEP team on a project in Manassas, Virginia. This is a full-time, in-person position. The role oversees mechanical and electrical construction for mission-critical facilities and related projects, supervising trade contractors and vendors and coordinating project schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation from pre-construction through close-out.

Requirements

At least 5 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
Extensive experience managing construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.
Experience developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, and managing project budgets and cost control.
Strong ability to manage relationships with owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, and clients while supervising subcontractors and vendors.
Substance abuse testing and a background screening are conditions of employment.
