About The Position

Holder Construction is seeking an MEP Coordinator to join its MEP team on a project in Culpeper, Virginia. This is a full-time, in-person position. The coordinator oversees mechanical and electrical construction for mission-critical facilities and related projects, supervises mechanical and electrical trade contractors and vendors, and coordinates schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation for mechanical and electrical systems from pre-construction through project close-out. Employment is conditional on substance abuse testing and a background screening. Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.

Requirements

At least 5 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
Extensive experience managing construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.
Experience developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, and managing project budgets and cost control.
Strong ability to manage relationships with owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, and clients, while supervising subcontractors and vendors.
Successful completion of substance abuse testing and a background screening as a condition of employment.
