Utilizing an education and experience in food and nutrition science, the Menu Development and Compliance Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) ensures menu development and production improve consumer satisfaction and regulatory compliance for Open Hand Atlanta’s medically tailored meal and grocery programs. This position works cross-functionally with Operations staff to monitor and ensure compliance with internal and external standards, drive continuous quality improvements, develop and maintain menus and promote a culture of excellence.
