Working under the Coordinator of Educator Growth and Development, the successful candidate will serve as a mentor and district liaison, supporting first, second, and third-year non-tenured teachers. This role is crucial for strengthening new teacher induction, improving teacher effectiveness, and increasing retention. The position requires leadership and decision-making skills. It is an hourly position funded through the Title IIA grant, with a maximum of 22 hours per week, and does not include benefits beyond salary.
