We are seeking a Mental Health Worker to join our team in our Montgomery County, Colmar, PA residential location. Position Details The Mental Health Worker: Interacts with and supports the individual in a variety of potential settings, including community, family or individual homes and generic community settings, as well as Adult Training Facilities (ATF). Provides personal care, instruction, guidance, mentoring, companionship, and support, often across a 24-hour period, according to the individual's Person-Centered Plan/Individual Support Plan (ISP). Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid and clean driver’s license.
- Must be able to work full-time, 1st shift 8am-4pm with a rotation of weekends.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year experience working in the Behavioral Health field/ population in a group home or a residential facility setting preferred.
