About The Position

Vesta, Inc. is a financially stable, not-for-profit mental health organization seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join their team at the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Odenton, Maryland. This role involves providing comprehensive behavioral healthcare, including clinic, day programs, and residential homes for individuals facing mental health disorders. The therapist will deliver vital clinical services to individuals coping with a variety of diagnoses, including severe mental illness, and will be responsible for individual, family, and group therapy, treatment planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Licensed Social Worker or Professional Counselor licensed in the state of Maryland (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LGMFT, LCMFT)
• Supervision provided for graduate-level candidates.
• Recent social work and counseling interns encouraged to apply!
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening required.

• Ability to provide supervision preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team for treatment planning and evaluation
• Prepare socio-psychiatric case history information and treatment plans
