About The Position
Evolve Life Centers is a behavioral health organization providing trauma-informed mental health and substance use treatment to adults through outpatient, residential, and community programs. Evolve Life Centers is seeking licensed mental health therapists (LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, or LGPC). Opportunities are available in full-time, part-time, and fee-for-service arrangements. Full-time clinicians receive a competitive salary and benefits; part-time clinicians have flexible scheduling and pro-rated benefits for a consistent caseload; fee-for-service clinicians receive a per-session rate, flexible hours, and administrative support. Clinical supervision toward full licensure is provided.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active Maryland license as an LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Experience with adults in outpatient and/or residential settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in accordance with COMAR, Medicaid, and CARF standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care.
