About The Position

Wood Violet Recovery, a mission-driven, privately owned treatment center in Dodgeville, WI, is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join their team. This role focuses on providing client-centered care in a residential setting, offering mental health and dual-diagnosis treatment. The therapist will be responsible for facilitating therapeutic group programming, conducting individual sessions, and developing clinical treatment plans. The center emphasizes a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Requirements

• Active WI license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required).
• Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
• Strong group facilitation skills and clinical judgment.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducation.
• Provide individual therapy, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Support crisis intervention and stabilization.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide client progress.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
