About The Position

The ideal candidate must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania and willing to obtain additional state licensure. Joining the MinuteClinic team offers a stable, consistent, and professional environment where therapists are empowered to practice at the top of their license with clinical care team support, reaching patients within their communities. Licensed Clinical Therapists at MinuteClinic experience autonomy to build and grow their practice without the burden of payor contracting, credentialing, and billing. They have opportunities to provide psychosocial support and education for the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples/families ages 13+, utilize evidence-based care and access assessment and treatment planning tools, and benefit from career growth, professional development, in-depth training, and support within the organization.

Requirements

Current, active, and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses based on business needs.
Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills leveraging evidence-based methodologies including but not limited to motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited College or University.

Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery.
Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platforms.
Demonstrated understanding of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirements.
Evidence of strong crisis intervention skills.
Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

Build and grow the MinuteClinic practice without the burden of payor contracting, credentialing, and billing.
