Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring full-time and part-time Mental Health Therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare in Massachusetts. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office. The role offers weekday outpatient work and complete schedule autonomy, with options for hybrid or telehealth and full-time or part-time schedules. Therapists can focus on clinical work while support staff handle credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection. The practice provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, and APA-approved continuing education. Compensation is productivity-based, with annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000.
Requirements
- Must hold one of the listed credentials: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health therapy to clients.
- Provide or receive supervision, as applicable.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
