About The Position
Adelphoi is seeking compassionate therapists to join its expanding Multisystemic Therapy (MST) teams across Pennsylvania. As the largest provider of MST in Pennsylvania, Adelphoi has over 50 years of experience helping youth and families overcome challenges and build brighter futures. This role is ideal for individuals committed to making a difference and who thrive in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong work ethic & initiative, passion for helping youth and families.
- Valid Driver’s License, Car Insurance, and Clearances (FBI, Act 33 & 34) (assistance provided).
Nice To Haves
- At least 2 years of experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home therapy using an internationally recognized, evidence-based model.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand youth and family dynamics and strengths.
- Engage primary caregivers & other key participants to create long-term positive change.
- Collaborate with schools, agencies, and community organizations.
- Participate in weekly team supervision, training, and treatment planning.
