About The Position

NOCD is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) with 10 or more years of experience to join their network as specialized virtual behavioral health providers. The role focuses on treating members with OCD, with NOCD providing necessary training to become a specialized therapist in evidence-based treatment. The company emphasizes clinical excellence, a positive therapist experience, and measurable clinical outcomes. Dedicated teams handle administrative tasks such as marketing, billing, credentialing, and scheduling, allowing therapists to focus on patient care. Therapists will utilize their clinical experience and judgment to refer members to external resources when needed and collaborate with a network of psychiatrists and therapists on treatment decisions. The position offers growth and support through ongoing consultation, specialized clinical training, access to the latest research, technical support, clinical protocols, and one-on-one mentorship for complex cases in an open and receptive environment.

Requirements

  • Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state/s.
  • Masters Degree Required.
  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license with 10+ years of experience.
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., ERP, CBT, ACT) preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with treating OCD with ERP is preferable but not required.
  • Organized, quick and enthusiastic learner, excellent communicator, good with time management.
  • Have a confidential, private location to work remotely from with reliable internet access.
  • Comfortable and efficient with using technology to communicate.
  • Ambitious and ready to keep up with a goal-driven, start-up environment.
  • Full Time Providers: 40 hour work week.
  • Complete 25 hours of direct clinical work per week.
  • Attend a world-class training program developed by industry leaders.
  • Attend 2 hours of weekly group clinical consultation.
  • Have 10 hours of weeknight/weekend availability after 5pm local time for Member Sessions.
  • Will participate in and complete cross-license application process during Onboarding.
  • Open and willing to treat children and adolescents after attending NOCD Child and Adolescent training.
  • Practical experience independently diagnosing is required for this role (this practical experience can be during your pre-licensed experience).
  • If you do not have this direct practical experience, proof of completion (with certificate) of the following training will be accepted in its place: Tolin & Diamond Training Video.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and experience with treating OCD with ERP is preferable but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy via the NOCD video platform to help individuals with OCD improve and maintain their well-being.
  • Manage caseload and schedule.
  • Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation using the NOCD EHR system.
  • Participate in NOCD clinical consultation and training to advance knowledge and practice of evidence-supported treatments for OCD.
  • Collaborate with the network of providers to develop and reinforce treatment decisions.
