Mental Health Technician (Tues-Sat PM)
About The Position
AMFM Healthcare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Technician (Client Coordinator) to join their team. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements (Minimum of 23 years old, at least 4 years of licensed experience, no driving infractions within last 4 years)
- Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs
- Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
- Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment
- Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments
- Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams
- Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self-administration
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilities
- Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions
- Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety drills, and respond to crises as needed
