About The Position

Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Mental Health Tech (Care Specialist) to support patients receiving mental health and addiction treatment. The role involves assisting with basic nursing care and completing patient rounds, with findings documented accurately and promptly. This is a part-time day-shift position, working two 12-hour shifts per week (24 hours total), from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, verified.
• Excellent people and caregiving skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to pass a criminal history background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Aid in basic nursing care of patients.
• Complete patient rounds and document findings accurately and promptly.
