Lane County Behavior Health is looking for a Mental Health Clinician to join our Adult Outpatient Team serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness in a community mental health setting. This skilled experienced mental health professional provides evidence-based treatments and supports. Day to day work includes providing assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy as well as some community outreach and crisis intervention. A portion of this clinician's caseload includes working with individuals who reside in a mental health adult foster home and coordinating with their foster home providers. The work is done collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that includes mental health clinicians, peer support specialists, case managers, nursing and psychiatry as well as partner with other service providers in the community. For this recruitment we are looking for dedicated individuals with a passion to serve adults with severe and persistent mental health needs. This position requires a QMHP Certification.
