Waterville Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT)
About The Position
ASI-NE is hiring a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT) to support adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses in a residential setting in the greater Waterville, Maine community. The role focuses on compassionate, person-centered support that helps people lead meaningful lives. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. The schedule is Thursday through Monday, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off, on the second shift from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Mandatory trainings take place in Androscoggin County, and the position requires reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Able to pass a criminal background check.
- Valid Maine driver's license and must be insurable.
- Must pass a satisfactory driving record check.
- Must attend all mandatory trainings and staff meetings.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
- Compassionate, professional, and dependable attitude.
Nice To Haves
- An active CRMA is eligible for extra hourly pay.
- A satisfactory driver's license is eligible for extra hourly pay.
