Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician ( MHRT)
About The Position
ASI-NE is hiring a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician to support adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses in living meaningful, independent lives. The work varies day to day and may include helping people learn new skills, attend community events, enjoy activities, and work toward personal goals. The role is based in Greene, Maine. No prior experience or MHRT certification is required; paid training is provided. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with additional pay for CRMA and qualified drivers. The schedule is a first shift, either 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have a valid Maine driver's license.
- Be able to pass a background check.
- Be dependable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
