About The Position

ASI-NE is hiring Mental Health Rehabilitation Technicians (MHRTs) to support adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses in group homes and community settings in the Lewiston, Auburn, and surrounding areas. The company's mission is to support people to experience meaningful lives. They offer paid training for those willing to learn, even with no prior experience. The role involves supporting individuals in daily living skills, community engagement, and providing encouragement, structure, and compassion. Travel between locations is required.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel
• Ability to attend all mandatory trainings & staff meetings

Nice To Haves

• Satisfactory driver's license
• Active CRMA
• Satisfactory driving record

Responsibilities

• Support adults in daily living skills
