About The Position

ASI-NE provides residential group homes and community support services to adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Our mission is 'Supporting people to experience meaningful lives.' This position involves supporting individuals in a residential setting within the greater Waterville community, helping them with daily living and life skills, encouraging community involvement, and promoting independence and personal growth. No experience is needed as paid training is provided.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have a valid Maine driver's license & be insurable
• Must pass a satisfactory driving record check
• Must attend all mandatory trainings & staff meetings
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel
• Compassionate, professional, and dependable attitude

Nice To Haves
