In this role, the Mental Health Program Manager (MHPD) is responsible for coordinating and supervising one to two residential programs that specialize in supporting individuals with challenging behavioral and mental health needs. Key priorities include supervising and training mental health specialists and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible.
