About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Facility Manager to lead our healthcare team and oversee the daily operations of our mental health facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals seeking mental health support while working within a collaborative and supportive environment. The Wood Group staff is trained to provide caring and compassionate services to the clients involved in our programs. We work as a team with the Community Centers or other agencies to provide services to clients they can return to productive daily living in their community. Requirements

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of mental health treatment practices, regulations, and compliance standards
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Social Work preferred
Experience in managing a healthcare or mental health facility preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the mental health facility, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
Manage and supervise direct care staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Implement policies, procedures, and protocols in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Assist in coordinating patient care services, ensuring high-quality treatment and support for clients
Monitor and manage the facility’s budget, resources, and staffing needs
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and confidentiality requirements
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and stakeholders to enhance service offerings
Conduct regular staff training and development to maintain high standards of care
Handle patient and family concerns, providing resolution and support as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for regulatory and organizational purpose
Must be on duty 40 hours per week and must be available by telephone after hours and on weekends (on-call)
