About The Position

Peyton Company, a locally owned Great Clips franchise with 14 locations across the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin, is looking for an experienced Salon Manager to lead one of our western Twin Cities suburban locations. Requirements
- Valid salon manager's license required
- Minimum 5 years as a licensed cosmetologist or barber
- Availability for full-time hours (34+) including evenings and 5 out of 8 weekends
Nice To Haves
- Great Clips experience strongly preferred
- Prior salon management experience preferred
- A natural leader who can motivate, develop, and retain a team
- Someone who takes pride in delivering a great guest experience every single visit
Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating your team to perform at their best
- Managing day-to-day salon operations
- Coaching and developing stylists to grow in their careers
- Maintaining Great Clips brand standards and delivering consistent guest satisfaction
