About The Position

To provide the highest quality clinical care in the service areas of assessment, diagnosis, treatment plans, group therapy, individual therapy, discharge and aftercare planning. Mental Health Counselors also participate in case management and clinical team case review process to ensure improved and long term plans for enhanced functioning socially, vocationally and personally in keeping with patient treatment recovery plan.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in of Mental Health Counseling
• NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor
• Will accept a Limited Permit with requirements to earn Mental Health Counselor licensure within 1 year of hire
