About The Position

Primary Behavioral Health Services is a new outpatient mental health agency in Boise, ID, dedicated to offering high-quality outpatient behavioral healthcare to the community. Their goal is to promote a high level of independence, empowerment, and support for their clients. The agency is experiencing rapid client referrals and is seeking part-time or full-time therapists to join their team. New hires will begin part-time and transition to full-time as their client load builds. The focus of services is on children, teenagers, and adults. Primary Behavioral Health Services operates with a vision to ensure compassion, acceptance, respect, empowerment, and sincerity in every interaction. Their services include Psychotherapy, Community Based Rehabilitation Services (CBRS), Case Management, and Peer Support. They differentiate themselves by making efforts to pair staff members who best meet client needs, working collaboratively with clients and their support systems, building relationships through constant involvement, and maintaining a low client-to-provider ratio to ensure specialized attention.

Requirements

Licensed within the State of Idaho or ability to become licensed - LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT
Master’s degree required
Ability to pass enhanced background check
