About The Position

This position offers a steady flow of referrals, allowing you to build a full client load quickly, with base pay provided during the initial build-up phase. The role offers flexibility in setting your own session times, with clinicians often building 20-25 client hours or more per week. Our specialties include anxiety, work-life balance, depression, relationships, attachment issues, trauma, self-esteem, body image, social media addiction, couples counseling, and EMDR. We serve clients across various life stages, from teens to seniors. Our therapists utilize modalities such as Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Transpersonal Psychology, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic Therapy. We are committed to female empowerment, inspired by leaders like Brene Brown, Oprah, and Michelle Obama, aiming to bring balance to humanity and enable equality for women. This is more than a therapy center; it's a movement of women uplifting other women, shattering stereotypes, and prioritizing mental health. We have locations in Boulder, Denver, Fort Collins, Broomfield, and Longmont.

Requirements

  • A graduate-level psychological counseling-related degree.
  • A license that is currently active in the state of Colorado.
  • PhD or PsyD
  • Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT, MFTC)
  • Social Worker Candidate (SWC)
  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC)

Responsibilities

  • Provide counseling and therapy services to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online.
  • Provide consultations.
  • Conduct assessments.
  • Intake screenings for new clients.
  • Write client notes and other necessary documentation.
  • Client Scheduling.
  • Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled.
