The Center Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) shall provide ON-SITE Mental Health Care services for all students on Center, in accordance with applicable Federal laws/regulations, OSHA and HIPAA requirements, state and local laws, and guidelines of the American Psychology Association. Mental Health services must also include analysis and use of the most efficient and cost-effective practice of contemporary, evidence-based health care possible given available time, resources, and personnel. These services will involve coordinating and integrating the Mental Health care services program with other health and wellness components/activities on Center and providing Mental Health care services to enrollees and established students on Center. The weekly hours worked each week during TW shall be consistent with the established schedule for on-site services. When TW, Mental Health providers will keep detailed notes regarding student counseling sessions at their home. The notes shall be kept in a reasonably secure manner to ensure Personally Identifiable Information (PII) information is protected. The CMHC will coordinate with the center to transfer the information to student files as determined appropriate by both parties. Timesheets shall include a detailed breakdown of work performed to ensure adequate accountability of time when TW. Lack of accountability may result in the suspension of TW services. The CMHC shall use a personal cell phone to coordinate with the center and to call students for counseling sessions. No government furnished property will be provided for TW. The government is not responsible for any additional cell-phone charges incurred through contract performance while TW.
