About The Position

The Rainier Center for Mental Health & Wellness is seeking experienced and compassionate Mental Health Counselors (LMHC/MHC-LP) to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time, hybrid, W-2 salaried position. The role involves providing individual, couples/family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based and results-oriented techniques, with a focus on individualizing treatment. The center aims to provide quality care while keeping therapy affordable and prioritizes the mental health and well-being of its team through a supportive work environment and work-life balance. An AI note-generating system and dedicated marketing and billing teams are in place to allow counselors to focus on clinical work.

Requirements

LMHC / MHC-LP credentials
40 hour work week
A minimum of two evenings and two early mornings per week
No weekends

Responsibilities

Help individuals struggling with mental health get better and stay better by providing evidence-based techniques.
Manage your caseload and schedule.
Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation using the EMR system.
Participate in weekly individual and group supervision.
Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care to assist the clients and work on treatment goals.
Conduct individual, group, and couple/family psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based techniques.
Attend 1-2 hours of weekly individual and group supervision.
Complete all intake assessments, individual, family/couples, and group counseling progress notes within a timely manner.
Complete treatment plans and discharge summaries within a timely manner.
Managing your own Rainier Center email and responding to clients and colleagues in a timely manner.
