Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
About The Position
CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) to join our APA-approved, clinician-led behavioral health team. Since 1995, CHE has been a national leader in adult and geriatric mental health, serving 100,000+ patients across 800+ skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in 11+ states. This role offers full-time or part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, allowing clinicians to create their own schedules between Monday and Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM. There are no nights, weekends, or on-call duties. The position provides a steady, reliable caseload with no cancellations and allows clinicians to work close to home in partnered facilities. It is ideal for newly licensed LMHCs or clinicians seeking supplemental work. CHE provides a clinically and financially rewarding long-term role with flexible scheduling, training and supervision in geropsychology, and opportunities for leadership and advancement.
Requirements
- Master’s degree
- Active LMHC license in state of practice
- 1 year of experience
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services to adult and senior populations
- Work independently within an integrated care team
- Customize treatment plans for each patient’s needs
- Focus fully on patient care with no administrative burdens or after-hours duties
