Requirements
- Active Indiana clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist, or LCSW
- Must be eligible to supervise under Indiana board requirements
Nice To Haves
- Prior clinical supervision experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and case consultation
- Support ethics, documentation, treatment planning, and diagnosis discussions
- Help supervisees grow with structure and accountability
- Follow Indiana licensing and supervision rules
- Maintain clear communication and supervision records
