About The Position

Under limited supervision of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Leader, this position will provide services to individuals and families in their home and in the community. The role also involves providing counseling support services for the Adult Outpatient population and working as part of a multidisciplinary ACT team. The position includes planning, developing, and assuming administrative and clinical oversight for the Assertive Community Treatment Program. This position is located in Georgetown County.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree.
• Professional experience in human services or social services programs.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in guidance, counseling or social services.
• 1 year experience in a clinical counseling program.
