About The Position

We’re hiring a Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LMFT or LPC) who wants meaningful work, clinical autonomy, and a weekday schedule that leaves room for life outside of work. You’ll step into an outpatient behavioral health role providing therapy and support to clients of all ages. You’ll provide individual therapy, participate in collaborative case planning, and work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team with opportunities to contribute to program growth.

Requirements

• Oregon-licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Comfortable providing therapy across age groups
• Enjoy collaborative case planning and team-based care
• Value clinical autonomy and community engagement
• Interested in making a meaningful impact through outpatient behavioral healthcare

Responsibilities

• Providing therapy and support to clients of all ages
