About The Position

Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) is seeking compassionate, motivated licensed mental health clinicians to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This position offers the flexibility to work fully remotely or in a hybrid setting, depending on your location, clinical responsibilities, and preferences. Team members may also use our Wisconsin office locations for in-person services, collaboration, or connection with colleagues. Behavioral Health Clinic is a growing mental health organization serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout Wisconsin. We provide outpatient, school-based, psychological assessment, and statewide telehealth services. Our clinicians work in a collaborative, evidence-based environment focused on accessible, coordinated, and patient-centered care.

Requirements

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Wisconsin license, or eligibility to obtain Wisconsin licensure, as one of the following: Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Ability to provide services independently within the scope of the applicable Wisconsin license
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment-planning, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centered care
  • Ability to work effectively in an outpatient and/or telehealth environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a confidential workspace for remote services

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing outpatient or community-based mental health services
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families
  • Training in evidence-based or specialty treatment approaches
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Interest in program development, clinical supervision, or leadership
  • Experience providing telehealth services

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy within the clinician’s scope of practice
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
  • Collaborate with internal providers and outside professionals to coordinate care
  • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality
  • Participate in team meetings, consultation, and professional development
  • Comply with applicable licensing standards, ethical requirements, and BHC policies
  • Provide telehealth and/or in-person services based on the agreed-upon work arrangement
