About The Position

We’re hiring a Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) who wants meaningful patient relationships, schedule flexibility, and a career that supports life outside of work. You’ll step into a 100% outpatient role providing mental and behavioral health services to patients ages 5 and older. You’ll have the support of a full clinical staff while delivering compassionate, patient-centered behavioral healthcare.

Requirements

• Clear and active Virginia LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license.
• Comfortable treating patients ages 5 and older.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to behavioral healthcare.
• Value meaningful patient relationships and continuity of care.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, supported outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing mental and behavioral health services to patients ages 5 and older in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Delivering compassionate, patient-centered behavioral healthcare.
• Building meaningful patient relationships and ensuring continuity of care.
• Working collaboratively in a supported outpatient environment.
