About The Position
We’re hiring a Mental Health Clinician in Rochester, Pennsylvania who wants predictable hours, meaningful clinical work, and strong loan repayment support. You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on screenings, assessments, diagnoses, and ongoing therapy. You’ll serve as the primary clinician for a manageable caseload averaging just 5 patients per day. You’ll practice with autonomy while being backed by a fully supportive clinical and administrative team.
Requirements
- Licensed LCSW or LPC in Pennsylvania
- Comfortable providing assessments, diagnoses, and therapy
- Value work-life balance and team collaboration
