The WISe Mental Health Clinician provides mental health services, incorporating evidence-based practices that focus on the strengths of children and families served, maintains required records, and works effectively with community and agency staff. This position requires availability to work in homes, schools, community, and office setting depending on needs of individuals families on caseload. Communication, confidentiality and professionalism are essential parts of this position, particularly due to WISe being a team-based approach. The ability to work flexible hours including evenings and participating in an on-call rotation is expected. This position requires the ability to demonstrate fluency (spoken & written) in English and an additional language: Somali, Dari, Farsi, Pashto, Arabic, or Spanish.
