Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of experience serving the Spokane community. They offer evidence-based treatment to adults, youth, and seniors facing various behavioral health issues. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH believes in client recovery and empowering them to lead fulfilling lives. The Youth & Adult Services Outpatient Services division provides mental health and behavioral interventions to children, adolescents, and their families, offering services that can be short-term or long-term. These services include individual counseling, assessment and referral, anger management, coping skills development, social skills training, family counseling, crisis intervention, case management, group counseling, and parent support. The Mental Health Clinician II role involves providing trauma-informed, person-centered, evidence-based therapy within an FBH outpatient program. Clinicians participate in multidisciplinary teams, develop and implement recovery care plans, provide client education, advocate for clients, and conduct risk assessments while monitoring client progress in virtual, office, or community-based settings.
