About The Position

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC, established in 2009 and operating under the Northpoint platform since 2015, is a leading behavioral healthcare provider. They offer evidence-based treatment for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders through Northpoint Recovery, and mental health treatment for adolescents through Imagine by Northpoint. The Clinical Supervisor will provide face-to-face supervision and chart reviews for Washington state Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Associate employees. This role involves providing clinical supervision to staff seeking clinical endorsement, including clinical consultation and administrative tasks, as well as reviewing and signing off on chart documentation. All associated documentation must be completed professionally and in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Social Sciences or other relevant field required
  • Must hold Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensure in Washington state with supervisor credential
  • Must maintain applicable state licensure requirements at hire, and for the entire duration of employment
  • 3+ years of experience in relevant field required
  • Ability to work with a diverse population and possess strong interpersonal skills and knowledge required for treating patients assigned
  • Must hold strong personal boundaries and able to build rapport with patients
  • Must understand and adhere to the ethical standards of the respective licensure governing board

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all persons providing counseling services are functioning within their competent parameters and maintaining education to do so
  • Audit charts for policy and procedure compliance, appropriate documentation and completion of all internal paperwork and documents
  • Assist and resource clinical team with needs for ongoing CEU requirements
  • Create and deliver clinical competency trainings as needed
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care
  • Other clinically appropriate services and special projects as assigned
