About The Position

This club celebrates the heritage, culture and traditions of the MENA region. It is a place that allows students to be part of a community with the intent of learning more about this region of the world as well as creating a space where students are able to share lived experiences.

Requirements

• Experience leading or teaching students.
• Maintain a global perspective and allow for various experiences
• Create a space where students are the leaders and develop the discussions
• Ability to recruit and maintain diverse membership.
• Ability to meet sponsor expectations as stated in Student Activities Sponsor Handbook.
• Organized and have a positive attitude.
• Collaborative with other groups within the school.

Responsibilities

• Oversee students at all meetings.
• Attend Sponsor Meetings and meet expectations given by the Student Activities Director.

Benefits

• Per Faculty Senate contract, level 6 stipend, 0.50 FTE - $1,290.97
