About The Position

Come join our team at Pinnacle Groves Senior Living located at 5522 W Northgate Road, Rogers, AR 72758! We are looking for someone (like you) to be an “Advocate of Empathy,” understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. You will also be a “Patient Observer,” discovering residents’ interests, abilities, and what makes each resident who they are, collaborating to create appropriate engagement plans and implementing strategies with patience to ensure success. Additionally, you will be a “Master of the Mise en Scène,” responsible for setting the stage for a successful day by preparing environments for various activities and routines. You will act as a Life Partner, assisting residents with all facets of daily life from waking to sleeping, documenting resident care and changes in condition, and assisting with the orientation of new team members in memory care neighborhoods.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
Positive and energetic attitude.
Possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Be responsible for setting the stage for a successful day by preparing environments for various activities and routines.
Partnering with residents to achieve all facets of daily life from the moment they wake to the moment they go to sleep.
Be excellent at documenting resident care and changes in condition.
Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
