About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Memory Care Support Partner to join their team at Holliday Farms in Zionsville, IN. This role focuses on creating human connection with residents, observing their interests and abilities to develop engagement plans, and managing the physical environment to enhance the resident experience. The Support Partner will also assist residents with daily life activities, document care, and help orient new team members. The position requires empathy, patience, and a positive attitude, with a pay range of $23 - $25 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
Discover residents’ interests, abilities, and what makes each resident who they are.
Collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans and implement strategies with patience to ensure success.
Be responsible for setting the stage for a successful day, from preparing dining rooms to setting up events and preparing resident rooms.
Partnering with residents to achieve all facets of daily life from the moment they wake to the moment they go to sleep.
Be excellent at documenting resident care and changes in condition.
Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
