We are looking for someone to be an "Advocate of Empathy," responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. This role also involves being a "Patient Observer" to discover residents’ interests, abilities, and what makes each resident unique, collaborating to create appropriate engagement plans and implementing strategies with patience. As a "Master of the Mise en Scène," you will be responsible for setting the stage for a successful day, from preparing dining rooms to setting up spaces for events and preparing resident rooms for their nighttime routine. You will also act as a "Life Partner," assisting residents with all facets of their daily lives from waking to sleep. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting resident care and changes in condition, and assisting with the orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
