Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 34 properties currently in 6 states (Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Arkansas) and employs nearly 2,200 employees! We are looking for someone to be an "Advocate of Empathy," creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. You will be a "Patient Observer," discovering residents’ interests, abilities, and what makes them unique, then collaborating to create appropriate engagement plans. As a "Master of the Mise en Scène," you will be responsible for setting the stage for a successful day, from preparing dining rooms to setting up spaces for events and preparing resident rooms for their nighttime routine. You will also be a "Life Partner," assisting residents with all facets of daily life from waking to sleep, documenting resident care and changes in condition, and assisting with the orientation of new team members in memory care neighborhoods.
