About The Position

Heritage Senior Living is hiring immediately for a Memory Care Sales Director at Heritage Court Waukesha | Pewaukee, WI due to continuous company growth. As a leader in Wisconsin's senior care industry, we offer exceptional services to seniors in our independent, assisted living, and memory care communities. This role requires compassion, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to connect with residents, families, and referral sources. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem-solver, communicator, and possess excellent computer, organizational, and time management skills. Sales experience is required, with senior living sales being preferred.

Requirements

  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft software.
  • Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines.
  • Willingness to have a presence on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Experience in sales is required.
  • Senior living sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a prospective resident database by scheduling and hosting tours, conducting follow-ups, and successfully closing sales to move-in.
  • Set, manage, and track goals including completed calls, leads generated, appointments set, deposits taken/sales closed, and presentations for each location, producing qualified leads and appointments.
  • Record all activity in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Organize and execute monthly small or large group events targeting prospective residents and their families or professional business partners.
  • Educate local professionals in the market on the Heritage Senior Living brand and services through frequent communication.
  • Build relationships to encourage referrals.
  • Develop strategies to increase referrals, create brand awareness, and position Heritage as the continued leader in senior living.
