Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Availability needed Thursday to Monday, 2pm - 10:30pm
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized resident care for all community members, requiring intimate knowledge of each resident and their unique needs.
- Assist residents with medication management, including pouring and passing medications in strict compliance with physician's orders.
- Ensure all medication documentation is current and accurate.
- Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies and maintain the medication room.
- Monitor psychotropic medication use and ensure resident behaviors warrant medication.
- Assist residents with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, using the bathroom, and grooming.
- Assist residents with mobility issues, including escort and transfer.
- Assist residents with housekeeping, such as making the bed and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom.
- Utilize eHR (electronic medical records) and other systems to track resident care.
- Observe residents for safety and report any change of condition or pertinent information to the Resident Services Director.
