About The Position

Are you passionate about helping seniors thrive? At Sage Mountain Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community, we’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Memory Care Manager to lead our memory care team and support residents living with cognitive challenges. Requirements

Two or more years of related experience preferred, including proven leadership and supervisory skills.
Understanding of facility licensure regulations, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
Ability to coach, motivate, and support a team while creating a positive work environment.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
A warm, approachable personality with a passion for seniors and memory care.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and provide additional support as needed.

Nice To Haves

Degree in Geriatrics, Elder Care, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, coach, and mentor the memory care team, fostering an environment of trust, compassion, and respect.
Provide coaching, recognition, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Collaborate with families, providers, and team members to ensure residents receive personalized, high-quality support using the Best Friends™ Approach to Alzheimer’s care.
Oversee care plans, safety protocols, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the community through meaningful interactions, programs, and events.
Manage departmental needs and budgets, assist with marketing and outreach, and maintain the memory care neighborhood.
Work evenings, weekends, and provide additional support as needed.
