About The Position

Mease Life is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator (RN) for its assisted living memory care neighborhood. The coordinator provides leadership and coordinates integrated, comprehensive services and support for people with dementia and their caregivers. The role communicates, implements, and coordinates programs and initiatives aligned with Acts Engaged Living and Acts Signature Experience mission, vision, and philosophy. Working collaboratively across disciplines, the coordinator helps ensure residents receive best practices and innovative care, services, and support.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a leadership role overseeing or supporting dementia-related services.
• Experience in social services, program development and implementation, resident engagement, memory care, or a related field.
• Specialized training in dementia care.
• An active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• Current CPR certification or eligibility to obtain it.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor's degree in a mental health-related discipline, such as social services or engaged living, or a related field is preferred.
